Ref: Item not found

  1. Login to your SelluSeller Platform.

2. Click on Catalogue > Others > Failed > Search your product.

3. Go to your product and click on the drop down arrow. Click on the "i" button. You will get the error message.

*Note: This error means that your product was not found in SelluSeller.

4. Go to configuration > Marketplace Management > Click on Sync Product button for Lazada marketplace.

5. Go to Catalogue and search the Product once again. You will find it in the product list.
