Ref: Sorry can’t sync, product(s) under this item, must have length/width/height more than zero

  1. Login to your SelluSeller Platform.

2. Click on Catalogue > Others > Failed > Search your product.

3. Go to your product and click on the drop down arrow. Click on the "i" button and you will get the error message.

Note: It means your product item currently have length/width/height equal to zero.

4. Click on your Product and go to Marketplace details and replace the length/width/height, and set it to more than zero and click on UPDATE.
