Ref: Sorry can’t sync, Shopee’s default Category is required!

  1. Login to your SelluSeller Platform.

2. Click on Catalogue > Others > Failed > Search your product.

3. Go to your product and click on the drop down arrow. Click on the "i" button and you will get the error message.

Note: This error message means that your product item is not mapped with any Shopee category.

4. Open the product and click on marketplace details. Search for category field and select desired category from drop-down.

 5. Scroll down and click on the UPDATE button.
