I am unable to upload bulk import/ export file in SelluSeller. What should i do?

Error: Please upload the latest file version.

In SelluSeller, there is a specific version and date for each export/import file. You can easily view the respective dates on which the version of your file is changed. Whenever you make a change to the excel template, it will be updated accordingly.

Version and change date will be shown at the following places,

1. Catalogue >> Bulk Import/export >> export and import.

2. If you upload the older version of any file, you will get an error: Please upload the latest file version.
